Requirements

• • Prepare and cook fusion-style meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• • Complete ingredient preparation and organise cooking stations before service
• • Follow recipes and maintain consistency across menu items
• • Make suitable adjustments to recipes based on customer requirements
• • Operate commercial ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
• • Maintain efficient cooking and service times
• • Coordinate kitchen activities and allocate tasks to team members
• • Supervise and assist other Cooks during daily operations
• • Communicate specials and relevant menu information to front-of-house staff
• • Maintain professional standards of food presentation
• • Ensure ingredients are stored appropriately and remain fresh
• • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements
• • Assist with ordering and inventory management
• • Identify and dispose of expired or unsuitable food
• • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene throughout service
• • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• • Contribute to a positive and cooperative kitchen environment
