Requirements

• • Prepare and deliver dishes that consistently meet established quality and presentation standards
• • Take an active role in menu preparation and contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements
• • Maintain control over portioning, food quality, presentation, and service consistency
• • Coordinate daily kitchen activities to ensure food preparation is completed efficiently
• • Support, train, and guide other members of the kitchen team
• • Monitor kitchen supplies and assist with stock ordering, cost management, and waste reduction
• • Apply correct food storage, temperature monitoring, and stock rotation procedures
• • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, cleaning, and workplace health and safety practices
• • Ensure kitchen equipment and work areas remain clean, organised, and properly maintained
• • Work collaboratively with the wider service team to support smooth and timely customer service
