Requirements

• • Operate Press Brake and Turret CNC machinery according to production requirements
• • Set up equipment for sheet-metal forming, bending and straightening operations
• • Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings and specifications
• • Measure and inspect components to ensure accuracy and quality
• • Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent production results
• • Process materials efficiently while minimising waste
• • Meet production schedules, quantity requirements and delivery deadlines
• • Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues
• • Report quality concerns, equipment faults or production problems
• • Maintain safe and efficient machine operation throughout each shift
• • Follow workplace health, safety and quality procedures
• • Keep machinery and the surrounding work area clean and organised
• • Work collaboratively with production and supervisory teams
• • Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient Press Shop operations
