Requirements

• • Complete daily preparation tasks efficiently and accurately
• • Review preparation requirements and priorities with the team leader
• • Take ownership of your allocated kitchen section during service
• • Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
• • Support colleagues when service volumes increase
• • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team
• • Assist with maintaining smooth service across the kitchen
• • Keep your workstation clean, organised and service-ready
• • Clean equipment and preparation areas throughout the shift
• • Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
