We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician with proven Access/EWP knowledge to support the servicing and upkeep of specialised equipment across New Zealand. This opportunity is particularly suited to technicians who can demonstrate their qualifications and employment history and provide evidence of their hands-on experience with EWP machinery. You will operate across field and workshop environments, working with a variety of access equipment and supporting customers with dependable technical solutions. Requirements

• • Diagnose mechanical and technical faults on Access/EWP equipment
• • Service and repair scissor lifts, boom lifts, cherry pickers and related machinery
• • Complete planned maintenance and preventative servicing
• • Attend customer locations to inspect, diagnose and repair equipment
• • Carry out workshop-based servicing and mechanical repairs
• • Identify faults and apply appropriate repair methods
• • Provide technical guidance to customers and colleagues when required
• • Maintain service documentation and records of completed work
• • Ensure equipment is safe, operational and maintained to required standards
• • Work with a range of petrol, diesel and heavy machinery
• • Follow workplace health, safety and equipment procedures
• • Develop product knowledge across different access and equipment categories
