Requirements
- • Provide professional hairdressing and/or barbering services based on your skills and experience
- • Deliver women’s cutting, colouring and styling services where required
- • Perform men’s haircuts, fades, grooming and barbering services
- • Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and service needs
- • Recommend suitable hairstyles, colours and grooming options
- • Maintain consistently high standards of workmanship and client care
- • Build positive relationships with clients through professional and friendly service
- • Keep workstations, tools and equipment clean and hygienic
- • Use salon equipment and professional products safely and effectively
- • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, styles and techniques
- • Work collaboratively within a professional and supportive team environment
- • Develop additional skills across both hairdressing and barbering services
- • Contribute to the professional presentation and overall success of the workplace
