Experienced mechanics are invited to step into a specialised maintenance environment where practical ability, professional history and verified trade credentials matter. This opportunity is suited to mechanics who want to move beyond conventional workshop routines and work across fleet vehicles and Ground Support Equipment (GSE). The role offers exposure to specialised machinery, varied mechanical challenges and an operational environment where dependable equipment is essential. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their identity, qualifications, employment history and genuine hands-on mechanical experience as part of the selection process.

Requirements

• • Inspect, service and maintain fleet vehicles and Ground Support Equipment
• • Carry out mechanical repairs across light and heavy equipment
• • Diagnose faults and determine practical repair solutions
• • Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability
• • Respond to mechanical breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently
• • Work with diesel engines, hydraulic systems and related mechanical components
• • Inspect equipment and identify potential mechanical issues
• • Complete repair and maintenance work in accordance with safety requirements
• • Record completed work, identified faults and repair activities accurately
• • Maintain daily job documentation through workplace systems
• • Work effectively with other technicians and operational personnel
• • Communicate professionally with clients and workplace representatives
• • Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and organised condition
• • Follow procedures required when operating within controlled and safety-critical environments
