Job description

A senior-level opportunity is available for an accomplished HVAC Site Manager to lead large-scale mechanical services delivery on major construction projects in Western Australia. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial construction experience and the ability to manage substantial HVAC packages from an on-site delivery perspective. You will be responsible for coordinating installation teams, subcontractors, project stakeholders and resources while driving safety, quality and programme outcomes. With projects spanning healthcare, defence, government, education, airports, hotels, data centres and major commercial developments, this role offers excellent exposure to complex, high-profile construction environments.

Requirements

• • Take ownership of HVAC and mechanical services delivery on site
• • Lead the coordination of installation teams and subcontractors
• • Manage day-to-day site operations and construction priorities
• • Monitor programme performance and progress against project milestones
• • Maintain high standards of safety, quality and workmanship
• • Coordinate HVAC activities with builders and other construction trades
• • Interpret and apply project drawings and specifications
• • Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and consultants
• • Address technical issues and develop practical site solutions
• • Assist with project variations and technical documentation
• • Manage site resources and support efficient project delivery
• • Provide strong leadership across all HVAC site activities
