Requirements

• Manage the overall daily operation of the motel
• Coordinate front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest service activities
• Recruit, train, roster and supervise employees
• Monitor staff performance and maintain a professional workplace culture
• Ensure guests receive consistent, friendly and high-quality service
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and operational issues efficiently
• Monitor occupancy levels, bookings, revenue and business performance
• Assist with financial planning, budgeting and operational cost control
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operating efficiency
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and facility improvements
• Manage supplier, contractor and service-provider relationships
• Support promotional and marketing activities to increase bookings
• Maintain accurate financial, operational and guest records
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and relevant regulations
• Build professional relationships with local businesses and tourism stakeholders
• Review operational performance and introduce improvements where appropriate
