Requirements
- • Coordinate daily construction activities and monitor site progress
- • Take ownership of assigned project areas and construction deliverables
- • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and specialist construction trades
- • Coordinate civil, marine, structural and public realm interfaces
- • Oversee specialist construction activities including piling, fender systems and revetment works
- • Coordinate drainage, landscaping and related civil infrastructure works
- • Assist with construction programming, scheduling and cost management
- • Monitor project performance against planned milestones
- • Prepare and maintain ITPs, HIRACs, inspection records and progress reports
- • Monitor construction activities for compliance with safety and quality requirements
- • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders
- • Identify constructability challenges and develop practical solutions
- • Support continuous improvement across construction processes
- • Provide guidance to graduate and junior engineers
- • Maintain accurate technical, quality and project documentation
- • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within agreed time, cost and quality requirements
