Requirements
- • Take ownership of daily venue operations and service delivery
- • Lead the team with a visible and hands-on management approach
- • Coach, support and develop employees to improve performance
- • Coordinate staff rosters and ensure appropriate coverage across operations
- • Maintain consistent standards of customer service and guest experience
- • Monitor food and service quality throughout daily operations
- • Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory processes
- • Support labour control and other operational efficiency initiatives
- • Monitor sales performance and contribute to strategies that support business growth
- • Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised venue environment
- • Handle customer feedback and operational challenges with professionalism

- • Ensure compliance with relevant food safety, workplace health and safety and business procedures
