Requirements

- • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
- • Take accurate food and beverage orders
- • Communicate customer requirements clearly with kitchen and bar teams
- • Manage allocated tables and sections efficiently
- • Coordinate service across multiple sittings
- • Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- • Assist with food and beverage running during busy periods
- • Carry and serve three plates safely and confidently
- • Set tables and prepare dining areas before service
- • Clear and reset tables efficiently between customers
- • Operate computerised POS systems for orders and payments
- • Assist customers with menu and beverage selections
- • Provide appropriate wine and beverage recommendations where required
- • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
- • Work closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams
- • Respond to customer requests in a professional manner
- • Assist in resolving service issues appropriately
- • Follow RSA, hygiene, safety and workplace procedures
- • Contribute to a positive, professional and team-focused workplace
